Our Building Process

The following is a list of the steps that take place in the construction process:

Stage 1 - Permitted
Stage 2 - Slab Poured – Excavating and Foundation Preparation
Stage 3 – Framing – Framing Structure and Roof Completion
Stage 4 – Mechanicals Compete: Installation of Electrical Wiring, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and Related Systems

Optional Pre-Drywall Inspection Period

Stage 5 – Drywall Complete: Interior Drywall Installation
Stage 6 – Trim & Cabinets Complete: Cabinets, Countertops & Fixture Installation
Stage 7 – Mechanicals, Paint and Flooring

Optional Private Inspection Period

Engage Private Home Inspector for Pre-Drywall Inspection (Optional)
